How to cope with the loss of a loved one is a question that many people have. Lets just be honest for a moment. What do we do? Where do we go? How do we handle it? These are all good and legitimate questions I have been asked.
It is almost inevitable that you will encounter grief during some or even many parts of your life. Whether, it be the loss of a child, spouse, or parent you can still have a great quality of life.
For instance, we as people can often have a bit of denial at first. After that, we move through bouts of sadness, confusion and even anger all of which are normal.
On the other hand, if we just knew how to cope with the loss of a loved one then maybe we could get our life back on track the way we would like.
